As soon as she could pick up a crayon, New Jersey based artist, Danielle C. Gardner, began decorating the walls and furniture of her parent’s home. Although She was quickly told that drawing was to be done on paper, she could not force herself to be confined to those tight dimensions!
Her parents could see that she was born with a gift and encouraged her to persue her dream. As a child, Danielle began her training in the fine arts private lessons. Then continuing her never ending quest for artistic knowledge she took every possible art class throughout her career as a student.
While attending Ramapo College of New Jersey, she received a scholorship for her portfolio from Dark Horse Comics and was chosen for admittance to the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art. With degrees in sculpture, computer graphics and animation, she began to see that her artistic vision should be told in more than just one medium.... and dimension....
She currently works as the main designer in web and print for the Zrike Company Inc where she also creates lines of dinnerware for liscencees such as the Disney Company, Kelloggs and
Coca-Cola. |
